Branding and design concept for a restaurant created as a tribute to Romania’s traditional culture. The name given to the restaurant represents the idea of "aspiration towards the absolute", a leitmotif of ancient civilizations.
The Maramurean-inspired mask, displayed right at the entrance to the location, also represents the restaurant's logo. This symbolizes change, the transition from one stage to another, in this case from one year to another, a form of protection.

Kaiamo is divided into four areas intended for the public: an evening or lounge area (Moldova), the day area (Muntenia), the bar area (Transilvania) and the podium area (Maramureș). There is also an isolated area, based on the concept of the tasting menu and which the owner named Chef's Corner, intended for family dinners or creative meetings.
