We took over the project while the block was under construction and completely redid the partitioning to create more space for the master bathroom and take full advantage of the orientation of the spaces. The space is very versatile: it lends itself to a single person or a couple, with a rich social life, or a family with children.

An ethereal atmosphere
The light color scheme echoes the relaxed atmosphere of the sea and vacation. The living area has a generous height of 2.91 meters, and the glass walls create a special effect: the open space is flooded with natural light. This is reflected in the laminated wood flooring and propagates in the space with a pleasant golden touch. For privacy and comfort, we used wooden blinds, Smart controllable, that provide the desired level of light and shade.The Poliform kitchen furniture is equipped with pocket-doors, which hide the shelves and the area of small appliances. The kitchen island contains multiple features: Lapitec counter top, with built-in sink, Neff hob with hood, dishwasher, drawers with compartments.The master bedroom is equipped with an oversized bed, a walk-in wardrobe with smoked glass doors and access to the bathroom with a shower and XXL ceramic tiles, 300 cm high.

Lights and blinds are connected to the Smart system, to create varied living scenarios. The operation is done by voice command (Siri), from the phone or tablet, through the myHome Apple application.
