The new Bolta Rece project is designed as a food market specific to Western Europe, a rising culinary concept, where customers can dine in or take home their favourite dishes and also uncooked meat or other fresh ingredients.

The Bolta Rece restaurant will bring together 4 different locations: a restaurant with a meat menu, a fish restaurant, both with an outdoor terrace, a pizzeria and a bakery shop They will be connected by a common dining area, in the center of which will be arranged a bar. Each restaurant in the Bolta Rece complex will have accessible takeaway stations in the park.
